According to a report in the local newspaper (http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2010-10-18/business/ct-biz-1019-walgreen-cfo-20101018_1_2nd-dui-walgreen-arrest), CFO Wade Miquelon was arrested in late September on a second DUI offense. Investors will rightly question the lack of disclosure from the company.
In September of 2009, he apparently pleaded guilty, paid a fine and agreed to court supervision. His recent arrest could result in a three-year suspension of his license after he refused to take a breathalyzer test but failed field sobriety tests.
WAG remains the largest position in the CG/B and one of our smaller names (and likely on the way out) in Top 20.
