13 stocks on my 100-stock watchlist closed within 2% of their 52-week high. I want to call out those that are near 5-year or all-time highs. This is the kind of market where people will buy breakouts...
- APH - great company, seems expensive (59.50 target a year out)
- CALM - hey Carlos, don't you wish we still had this one? extended and expensive now, pass
- CFR - Cramer called it out, would not chase that one, but I like it LT (target =65.50 a year out)
- CPRT - very impressive move, but it is ahead of itself (62 target a year out though)
- CSL - like this one a lot - it did hit my ST trade level of 51 (63 target a year out)
- CVX - love it and in CG/B model - 153 target a year out
- DORM - nice run, 56 target a year out
- INTC - cheap, my 34 target is probably too conservative, that's old high from 2003
- ISRG - extended (target 530 a year out)
- LOW - blew that one, 35 target a year out (back to all-time high, 6 years later)
- LQDT - yowsa! 45 a year out, so not one I will be saying to buy here (like I did at 28)
- MSM - black 1, 91 a year out
CSCO was the one I omitted - not near a 5-year high (yet!). MIDD didn't make it, but it would using the current price. I LIKE MIDD!
