Cannabis stocks recovered most of Tuesday's heavy losses, leaving the index down 27.1% in November. 82% of the 56 stocks tracked here rose in price, with 26 double-digit percentage gainers and 1 double-digit percentage loser. The percentage of stocks with volume above the 30-day average was 20%, down from the 45% in the prior session, with three stocks trading over $5mm in value. Nine of the ten highest dollar-volume stocks rose in price as fourteen traded above $1mm. The 420 Investor Cannabis Stock Index increased from 55.19 to 61.59, reflecting a change of +56.9% year-to-date in 2016. The index began 2013 at 100, 2014 at 159.1, 2015 at 130.7, and 2016 at 39.25.

(HEMP), MassRoots (MSRT) and mCig (MCIG) to the upside and Axim Biotechnologies (AXIM), General Cannabis (CANN) and Cannabis Sativa (CBDS) to the downside.
